It would be easier to tell if both pictures showed her smiling or not smiling. Her features are bound to contort a little when she smiles, in comparison to the non-smiling pic.

I don’t think she’s had a nosejob. When I was young my nose looked bigger. I think she just grew into it.

Except you don’t have any adipose tissue on your nose.

Look at the width of the bridge on the new nose vs the old, as well as the shape of the tip and the nostrils of old vs. new. Also look at the distance between the base of the nose and the top of her upper lip. Add those up and you come up with bill for a top flight plastic surgeon.

Looks like a nose job to me, too - EXCEPT she IS still very young - maybe she’s just losing baby fat on her face?

If it IS a nose job, it’s subtle and very well done.
