Zac Efron Has Never Looked Lovelier

Zac Efron is sporting what is supposed to be a hairstyle circa 1989 for his new movie, Seventeen, in which he plays the younger version of Matthew Perry’s character.

Strange. I was around in 1989 and I don’t remember the boys wearing anything from the Raquel Welch collection?
