While Eva Mendes leaves Cirque Lodge, where she was being treated for cocaine use and “self-esteem issues,” Kirsten Dunst has checked into the same rehab facility. This comes on the heels of a report that Kiki was acting “erratically” at Sundance.
Kirsten’s rep has not yet returned any calls. So in the meantime, Kirsten can feel free to use Holy Candy’s Stock Celebrity Rehab Statement:
______________ has made a positive decision to take care of his/her personal health and proactively work on his/her drug/alcohol issues. The actor/singer/director/pet monkey appreciates your well wishes and asks that you please respect his/her privacy at this time.”
No need to pay me, guys. The remainder of your liquor cabinets will suffice!

everyone in hollywood is a hot mess.
February 7th, 2008 at 10:07 amThe sad thing about this is that could have been me. I struggled with cocaine and alcohol abuse and know many, many, many, many people that still do. I think I would have died if it was ever in the papers.
When we call this a Hollywood problem we are just lying to ourselves. They didn’t event drugs they just have more money to buy the good shit.
February 7th, 2008 at 10:10 amThose bastards! To have an endless supply of _________, ________, and __________ would just be bliss–until I came down, of course, and went back up and came down and went back up and came down! *sigh*

Good point. Suburbia is a real breeding ground for smack users…the high-functioning, undetectable kind. (thought “Alpha Dawg” did an interesting depiction.)
God bless survivors.
