Indonesian massage parlors that apparently aren’t familiar with closed-circuit television cameras or the word “no,” are asking their female masseuses to padlock their skirts and pants to make it clear that sex is, pardon the impossible-to-resist pun, not on the table.
A move that is sure to be highly effective — until those wily women figure out they can, um, lift their skirts.
The country’s Minister for Women’s Affairs is not amused, saying that:
“It is not the right way to prevent promiscuity. It insults women … as if they are the ones in the wrong.”
You mean they’re not? Huh. I learn something new every day!
In related news, sales of bolt cutters have skyrocketed among tourists.

Aunt J wants to know if that’s a padlock in your pocket or if you’re just happy to see her.
