You likely think I have the world all figured out, with me being a deep, intellectual celebrity blogger and all. But don’t be fooled by my brainpower-intensive job: There are still a number of things in this world that confuse me. The difference between “ground floor” and “first floor,” for example. The appeal of the SoBe Life Water Dancing Lizards. The spelling of “Pinochle.”
However, very little befuddles me more than Heidi Montag’s extended fifteen minutes of fame.
To wit:
TMZ reports that Heidi’s new clothing line, Hoochiewood, er… I mean, Heidiwood, has completely sold out at the Beverly Hills boutique Kitson.
Huh.
Well, at least we know how Spencer spends his allowance.

I also don’t understand what’s up with all of the highschool drama between Heidi and that other girl (on The Hills as well I think? I’ve never watched it, so am not 100% certain) Lauren Conrad or whatever her name is. They continue to have little public spats and it’s so ridiculous, immature, and unprofessional. But people apparently are somehow interested in them. Heidi looks like every other girl in Hollywood, and Spencer looks like a douchebag.
