David Beckham is no stranger to entertaining us with his Big Bird, so it’s only natural that he would now appear on Sesame Street.
Becks has filmed a cameo role on the children’s show, teaching a new word to Elmo. In response, a delighted Elmo said, “You sound just like me!”
At least, that’s what Elmo would’ve said on Candy Street.
A source tells The Sun, “David has always been a huge fan of the show. He was more than happy to go on. He had a great time filming. A real laugh.”
Only CandyKirby.com has an exclusive look at Beckham with the fine-feathered and furry Sesame Street gang:

‘a delighted Elmo said, “You sound just like me!”‘ - Ha!
Aw, I love Sesame Street. I’m pretty fond of David Beckham. The two together can’t be all bad.

April 30th, 2008 at 9:44 amOh man that’s funny.
Nice one adding Posh in there for a cameo of her own. She almost blended in completely!

April 30th, 2008 at 2:56 pmTee hee. Methinks “Celebrities on Sesame Street” might be another possibility for a regular CandyKirby feature.
April 30th, 2008 at 4:08 pmJenn F. - no doubt Posh has added both a cameo and a camel toe!
I was going to call Becks a liar because I have no recollection of Sesame Street on kids TV in the 1970s. I checked however and it was on. I suppose my parents didn’t want me watching an American TV show because spellings and pronounciations weren’t tailored for individual markets in those days. Now I feel like I missed out -Oscar the Grouch and Count Von Count would probably have been my faves.
April 30th, 2008 at 4:18 pmBrit Bit, Posh camel toe would look like a miniature pair of chopsticks. Painted orange. HA!
I absolutely luurrrrved Sesame Street in the 70’s when I was a kid. My first crush in my life was on “Bob” and I used to kiss the t.v. every time he appeared. Yeah okay, I was four. Whaddaya expect.
