  1. Puppet says:

    HAhahahhahaa! That’s hysterical.

  2. kathleen says:

the second picture is even funnier - Henry is thinking “please don’t eat my head”!

  3. jewed says:

    Husband-stealin’ ho.

  4. stell says:

Wow, on that third pic she looks twenty years older

  5. danceswithpoodles says:

I love her. What a beautiful family.

Julia’s not the ho, Danny is!! Same with Brad Pitt.

  6. Wordfiend says:

She looks like a completely normal mom enjoying a day with her baby.

  7. Wordfiend says:

p.s. Stell - I look 20 years older when I’ve been up all night with a baby, too.

  8. librarian kathleen says:

Oy. That ginormous Carly Simon style mouth, and those cavernous nostrils (she always looks as though she has just picked up an unpleasant aroma)… eek.

She has a right to a happy life, just like anyone else, but please
    – explain to me why anyone ever thought she was a pretty woman.

Or thinks she is a good actor.

  9. danceswithpoodles says:

She has a big smile, infectious laugh, gorgeous hair and charismatic presence on camera. Give me Julia over the usual blond Hollywood robots any day!!

I know what you mean though librarian, I feel the same way about Angelina Jolie’s massive chapped lips and same tired approach to every role she takes but I know not everyone agrees with me. :-)

  10. Vern says:

Um..all you anti-hat people. Take notice. THIS is the hat you should be offednded by.

  11. Carlie says:

Julia is the luckiest woman on earth! She is a homely, gangly woman of limited talent who hooked a ride on the Hollywood gravy train. Her children appear malnourished, and as much as she claims to be a great mom her neighbors hate her for her self righteous, superior attitude and complete disregard for their privacy. She always seems as though she is making the supreme sacrifice to those who buy tickets to her schlocky movies in interveiws. She is looking old, and with her limited talent pool she needs to retire. Already!

  12. Mateo says:

I’ve met Ms. Roberts. She is gracious, funny and a very enjoyable person. She is so not gangly, in fact she’s got a little junk going on. Her husband was very nice and down to earth. I also have a friend who has worked with her and has nothing but praise for her professionalism. OK, Vern. You are right about the hat. As always…

  13. It's British Bitch says:

Vern - you need to have a “what not to wear” type show on cable. The twist is that you advise celebrities. I think it would be a winner. We’d also have Demon Kitty on for sweeps week, she would target repeat offenders who have already been told what not to wear! The ratings would be fabulous. Ladies, you like?

  14. It's British Bitch says:

    P.S. that’s one cute baby
P.P.S. Vern - don’t know if you missed the post while you were away - fantastic news - Puppet and her hubby are adopting domestically :-) Isn’t that fab? Mini-Puppet is going to grow up with an excellent sense of humour :-)

  15. Dr. L. says:

DK on for sweeps week: hilarious! She can be the color commentator.

  16. Vern says:

I’m so flattered! I think it’s an inspired idea Brit Bit!
And DK as color commentator would be fabulous! But! I need a lovely co host!
    Any interest Mateo?
    *blink-blink* *flutter* *simper*

  17. Vern says:

    PS-Brit Bit-
could the queen be our first guest?

    Momma PUPPET:
Congratulations! I am so happy for you and your Muppet!!!!

  18. Mateo says:

I’m in! Gosh. If I had a dollar for every time I said that…

  19. Vern says:

    Yeah Mateo!!!!!!
    We’ll be perfect together!
Now, if I only get a dollar for every time I call you a slut!

  20. Mateo says:

    Guilty as charged!

  21. It's British Bitch says:

Excellent. Vern, Mateo and DK: Let’s prepare to shoot the pilot episode with the Queen (time for those pastel suits and flowery hats to go) and sweet Princess Eugenie, who seems like a lovely girl, she just needs to dress in a classic 1950’s style to show off her gorgeous hour glass figure.

  22. It's British Bitch says:

On the topic of offensive hats, check out this butterfly monstrosity sported by jolly hockey-sticks all round good egg Princess Eugenie at the wedding of another minor royal the other week:

Right on jewed. Not to mention overrated, overpaid and over-fucking-exposed.
