For those unfamiliar with the term Blobby used to denote obesity and/or lack of intelligence: Mr Blobby was a character on a popular (god knows way) Saturday night show “Noel’s House Party”. Some poor sod desperate to get enough points to join equity would be inside the blobby costume. Mr Blobby was pink with yellow spots and piercing green eyes like that hideous tattoo of Jesus/Tom Cruise posted the other day. He was usually on this really lame “Candid Camera” section of the show squealing “blobby, blobby, blobby”.
