How the hell is everyone doing?
Boy, it sure was strange being away from the site. I realized just how ADDICTED I was… am… to it. And to you guys. Seriously. But after a couple days of suffering the shakes and prying my fingers off the keyboard, I was finally able to relax and enjoy my self-imposed hiatus. Spent a few fun days in San Diego. Got new glasses. Spiffy! Sneaked a peek or two at the celebrity news — hey, I never said I was going cold turkey — which I’ll review with you tomorrow. Worked on my new project, which isn’t quite ready for prime-time yet, but I’m hoping to unveil it next week. Got my hair cut — *GULP*. May need another couple weeks to adjust to it, as I always do when I get my hair cut. Always. Also became slightly better friends with my new MacBook, although, between you and me, my heart still belongs to my PC. For now. (I know, I know… I’m such a tech whore.)
And, now, I’m thrilled to be back. I wasn’t planning to return until Monday, BUT… um, who was I kidding? Not you, I’m sure. I’m shocked I even made it this long.
Let the silly gossip and giggles recommence!

At least, I think it was my computer. Mateo has been incontinent, no, inconsonant, since you left. Any way, we’re so glad you enjoyed your well deserved break, but please don’t desert Mateo again. There were a few “Shaved Brittany” moments. Oh, sorry, I wasn’t supposed to tell.
