Move over, Brangeloonies — Claymates are celebrating a TRULY blessed occasion today: The birth of a Clayby!
Clay Aiken and his 50-year-old music producer friend, Jaymes Foster, welcomed a Clayby (a.k.a. a baby spawned by Clay) boy named Parker Foster Aiken this morning.
Clay excitedly wrote on his Web site:
“HE’S HERE! My dear friend, Jaymes, and I are so excited to announce the birth of Parker Foster Aiken (No hyphens. One first name. One middle name. One last name. . . The little man is healthy, happy, and as loud as his daddy. Mama Jaymes is doing quite well also.”
While you likely are thinking Clay and Jaymes procreated during their hot and heavy sex life, you are wrong: Foster actually became pregnant via in vitro fertilization, and plans to raise the child with Clay. The two met when Clay competed on Idol, and Foster -– who is the sister of legendary music producer David Foster –- has produced several of his albums.
Happy Clayby Day, everyone!

This whole thing brings to mind the similiar situation with Michael Jackson, when he became a father. We all know how THAT turned out.
