   Richard Simmons gets my vote. Regis just looks like a mess. Well, so does rs, but at least he doesn’t have some weird skin thing goin on. Plus everyone KNOWS that’s RS’s trademark outfit.

   It looks like severe sun/tanning bed damage. Where the skin just transforms into dark hide.
