Billboard Gives New Meaning to “Jolly Roger”

People are in a tizzy over a new billboard for the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard in England, which, um, appears to spotlight the historic use of the porthole, if you will.

Hey, I’m just glad to see someone’s manning the poop deck.
